DESCRIPTION OF PP STRAP MAKING MACHINE
This is new technology to use the PET bottle flakes to make the PET strap. It is of high performance and lower cost.

Our PET straps production line, which has broken through the traditional craft route, takes the 100% bottle slice for raw materials without any other complement and crystallization, adopts the advance technology to produce all kinds of polyester straps directly in a economical cost.

1. Extruder part:
Motor adopts Siemens, frequency conversion and energy saving Die head part: the die head is equipped with a heating element to ensure that the temperature of the melt is always the same
Automatic feeding and drying storage system: intelligent and efficient, effectively saving manpower and electricity costs
Liftable foot bracket: The whole production line uses the liftable foot bracket, which effectively solves the problem of uneven height of the customer's factory building and ensures the straightness of the strapping
SUS304 stainless steel sink: thickness 2.0T, durable and non-corrosive
Innovative use of vacuum water absorption and water removal device to effectively remove water before the strapping enters the oven while ensuring the cleanliness of the workshop
2. Extended part:
Enlarged 5 rolls of cast aluminum to speed up the cooling of the strapping, great adhesion and no slippage of the strapping
The protective net is used on the back of the 5 rollers, in addition to being beautiful and generous, it is more effective to provide safety protection for the staff
Energy-saving constant temperature oven: using hot air circulation system, made of insulation materials, effectively guaranteeing the quality of the strapping
3. Embossing setting unit:
Energy-saving constant temperature oven: Material: SKD-11; Embossing method: timing belt.
PP standard double-station winding machine, applicable width for winding: 5-19mm, can be customized for weight or meter
