The High-Strength PET Strapping Machine / PET Plastic Steel Strap Equipment is a specialized production line designed to manufacture high-strength plastic strapping bands. It processes recycled or virgin Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) materials through a series of stages, including melting, extrusion, stretching, shaping, and winding. Renowned for its high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, aesthetic appeal, and recyclability, PET strapping is widely utilized for heavy-duty packaging applications across various industries, such as steel, aluminum, papermaking, chemical fibers, and construction materials.

FEATURES:
Compatible with production utilizing 100% recycled materials. The entire production line integrates core units such as pre-crystallization and drying, specialized screw extrusion, rapid hydraulic screen changing, precision die heads, multi-stage oven stretching, shaping, embossing, and dual-station automatic winding. This enables fully automated, continuous, and high-speed production—from raw materials to finished strapping bands—and is managed by a PLC control system, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

PET plastic steel belt production line extrusion process:
Horizontal feeder ----mix different PET crushed materials or bottle flakes evenly.
Drying barrel ------ heat the PET raw materials to dry the moisture.
Dehumidifier--------remove the moisture in the PET raw materials.
Extrusion molding-------make the molten PET belt blank pass through the mold to form.
Cooling water tank-------cool the extruded PET belt blank to ensure its molding.
Tractor--------tow the cooled PET strapping belt to maintain a stable production speed.
Stretcher--------stretch the formed PET belt instantly, about 1-10 times
Oven--------heat the strapping belt to improve the toughness of the PET belt.
Embossing machine------emboss the surface of the strapping belt to increase friction and prevent slipping.
Forming oven--------heat and shape again to make the PET belt more standardized.
Rewinder---------roll the strapping belt into a roll for easy storage and transportation.
